To find Innerwealth, the first thing that must be learned is to unlock what has already been learned and then to unlearn it. We have to learn how to become a good student. The wise person does not spend their life inventing and experiencing what life is, then attempt to understand it retrospectively.
The first thing to learn is how to become a great pupil. It means loosing our individuality. And what is individuality but one's ideas and opinions; a collection of erroneous facts that, through conditioning, or experience have been adopted as truth? They are simply collections of data and knowledge, likes and dislikes, that need to be unlearned in order for progress to occur. Let me explain:
The one who wishes to harvest their Innerwealth as well as the outer, must become an empty cup in order that honesty and love may be revealed deep in their heart. And the secret to this journey is in unlearning.
Often a person comes to me and says "here I am. Can you help me spiritually?" And I answer "yes". Then they say, "I want to know first of all what you think about life and death, or about the beginning and the end of existence". At this time I wonder what their attitude will be if their existing opinion does not agree with mine. They seem to want to learn, yet they do not want to be empty. That means, going to the stream of water with one's cup covered up, wanting the water, and yet the cup is closed, filled with preconceived ideas.
The greatest freedom we are given is to choose our thoughts, and, as always that which is great has the ability to do most harm. Our freedom to choose our thoughts can free us in an instant or hold us bound for a lifetime. From truth to fundamentalist religion, you can see the full spectrum of consciousness all dwelling in the mind of the individual. It is the freedom and curse of being human.
You see the main difficulty in life is always what comes from ourselves. With a full cup, a mind full of beliefs, identities and ideals, it is impossible to learn or even change a thing. We do not like to be a student, we like to be a teacher. If only we knew that the greatness and perfection of the great ones, who have come from time to time on this world, was in their pupil-ship, not in their teaching! The greater the teacher, the better the pupil they were. They learn from everyone, the great and the lowly, the wise and the foolish, the old and the young. They learn from their lives, and study human nature in all its aspects.
How can one unlearn all that is collected in a life time? People say that the character of the mind is engraved on it. Some infer that things cannot be unlearned. But I heartily disagree, for the sake of humanity, I disagree. Unlearning is simple if only the ego feels safe enough to allow it.
Unlearning is knowledge. To see a person and say, “that person is bad”, that is learning. To see further, and recognise something also good in that person, is unlearning. When you see the goodness in someone you have already called bad, you have unlearned. You have unraveled that knot. If you have once said "I dislike that person" -- that is learning, and then you say; "I know, there is more to this person than meets the eye, there must be balance for them to be human" then you have unlearned and started to love.
When you learn you see with two eyes. First you learn by seeing with one eye; then you unlearn and you see with two eyes, this makes the learning complete.
Complete learning is love. Life is filled with love and this creates health in mind, body and spirit. The one who unlearns traditional judgements is reducing their attachment to what they believe is right and wrong and instead, building their Innerwealth, that gold within.
Like and love do not sleep in the same bed. You can easily love someone you don't like. Like comes from your ego, it is your way of learning what works for you and what doesn't. Love comes from unlearning what you like or dislike and seeing beyond it. Like and dislike come first, then comes unlearning and love.
Like and dislike bind us in a prison of our own making. We may dream of love and relationships and romance and great adventures with our partner but such things will be blocked by our likes and dislikes. This make up our conditionality, and limits.
You might say, "I don't like soup, I don't like cold weather, I don't like genetically modified foods, and those likes and dislikes become your personality. You can even become proud of them. Joining clubs and friendships with those who agree. But those likes and dislikes are the cause of allergies, illness and most certainly blocked love with your lovers (lover).
If you are building your Innerwealth, it means unlearning all these blocks. You get through your likes and dislikes by using the Innerwealth Mind Power Process. Your daily shower of unlearning and love.
This is how we evolve to be better people. More rich on the inside as well as the outside. If we focus only on the outside there will come a shortfall in the love we need to survive and thrive in life. Such a shortfall causes us to self sabotage our health, wealth and happiness in order to remain safe within the existing likes and dislikes of our personality. This is what needs to be unlearned and there is no limit to the opportunity to evolve and grow as human beings capable of enormous love.
Final: many people dissociate love and success in material life. It has been my personal experience that this dissociation is only a convenient way of holding tight to likes and dislikes that bind this person safe, protected. Yes, I agree there are ugly people who have enormous wealth in material ways, but it's my suspicion that these ugly people are great lovers of life, and only their ego is made to appear ugly for the purposes of their duty.
